1. That I am a bonafide resident of above noted address.
2. That I have been selected post of DPE(TGT Physical Education).
3.  That I am married, I have not more than one living wife named Parveen
4.  That I have not been dismissed from service under any department of Govt. or convicted by a court of law during the previous occasion.
5.  That I have no police case/coup case against me.
6.  That I shall remain the allegiance of the constitution of india.
7. That if any certificate are found invalid/fake. I will be responsible for the same.
8. I shall abide by the terms and conditions of the department.
